Have been working with water and soil for the last 46 yrs. outside. Getting plenty of fresh air- exercise. Maybe a little to much sun. With no more than 2 hrs. a day sitting doing deskwork. Off season is different. So keep active. Be happy and have great children. You will live to be at least 100!!! Love Dad
